How much does shipping cost?

We offer AUD10 standard shipping across Australia and free shipping for orders over AUD100

Order Tracking

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track your order through the Australia Post website. It can take up to 4 hours to be trackable on the website. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.

What is the returns policy

We will accept returns for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days of receipt, or if faulty. Goods must be packaging that is unopened and remain in a saleable condition.

For goods purchased and delivered outside of Australia we will accept returns for faulty items only.

How can I request a return, exchange or refund?

You can create a return request by emailing service@sws-pacific.com. You will need to include your order number and email address with which you placed the order, both of which can be found in your order confirmation email.

What happens if my product is faulty?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to resolve the problem. You can create a request by emailing service@sws-pacific.com. If the goods are found to be faulty under the manufacturers warranty we will refund or replace.

How long will it take to receive a refund or replacement?

Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send the item back to us.

Who gets refunded it I return a gift?

The refund will be credited to the original card and account used to purchase the gift.
